who i ought to be

i ought to be a politician.
given my notorious sarcasm for the kind of policies in singapore, the government need voices like mine.
then perhaps i should write in the forum in the name of "paper voices", ripped off a character named julia marks in one of the books i read when i was ten.
but again, my views are superficial, usually ranting about the misery lives of the lower income without caring about the concerns of the "elite and uncaring".
and of cos, in the general welfare of my great democratic country.

let's work on that part called "democracy".

and that "7% GST".

but again, when i'm one of the very well paid MPs, i probably couldnt care less.
now that's the fundamental behavior of all mankind.
why contradict with the guys that pay you?

that's one of my biased beliefs.

but again, that's how the enron scandal got about.
hmm..

i'm beginning to think that all pays, allowances, transport and entertainment expenses of all MPs should be declared. for better corporate governance.
(are they already declared?)

maybe that's something i need to research on..
hmm..
