NKF

yes, i suppose we are all sick of it. being made fun of just because our country intelligently hired monkeys that work for peanuts on this little sunny island. or so they claim. ridiculous jokes like new vocab known as the NKF can be used as such:
to over or under report figures so as to fool/deceive the rest.

it can therefore be used as:
snufflezz NKFed her report grades so that it would appear to be higher than it supposedly is so that she could show off in class.

which is of course, surprisingly, proves that Singaporeans are creative after all.

in an desperate attempt to ignore the joke that we are currently dealing with, the university has helpfully suggested that we study this case carefully for our accounting class. yes, so we know what "integrity" means. and so, please turn to page 17 of the cost management book for further details of the rest of the moral codes we are supposed to comply with.

and to think that our starting pay is nowhere near peanuts.

what is this world turning into?

CEOs earn peanuts by getting astronomical bonuses.
Professors earn peanuts by babbling stuff in lecture no one understands.
Accountants earn peanuts by underreporting expenses.

and students pay peanuts to attend university to be taught moral codes which should probably have been done in primary school moral education. definitely no thanks to the Enron case. or CAO.

i wonder of they are getting a little paranoid. i mean, most people are too smart to think about saving their own asses, most singaporeans are too scared to make an illegal u-turn. do we really have to sit through moral education? i dont think so. you are wasting my money.
